The 35th European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) Annual Conference is taking place from Wednesday 22 June to Saturday 25 June 2016 in Dubrovnik Croatia. The topic of the 2016 ECTA has been titled ‘Rogue Waves and Crosswinds: Trade Marks in Motion’.

The emphasis will be on the coming into- force of the EU legislative package trade mark in order to gain an increased understanding of the importance of the trade mark reform necessary to reflect the modern consumer and business needs.
